INDEPENDENCE
Each Weber Insurance Group II member is a separate entity, individually owned and operated. By joining the Group, agencies remain totally indipendent and each member has 100% control over their own business. You make all decisions for your agency.
PROFIT SHARING
Member offices have low volume requirements to qualify for profit sharing because we combine all member office premiums.
INCREASED MARKET ACCESS AND INCREASED SALES TIME
By combining all branch premium volumes we can have access to a greater number of companies. The group administrator handles most company Group benefits and sets up advertising campaigns, direct mail programs, telemarketing, and sales promotions, establishes markets, and directs you to markets. This decreases management time for these functions.
AGENCY MERGERS, PURCHASES AND PERPETUATION
We can assist in the purchase of an agency or in a merger. Our experience in this area can save time and money for all parties lead to a satisfactory result.
